General Terms and Conditions
The brand Åviken and the website aviken.com are operated by the company Order Nordic AB. The following terms apply to all agreements entered into with Order Nordic AB regarding the purchase and delivery of goods from aviken.com. To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, parental consent is required according to the Swedish Parental Code.
By placing an order on aviken.com, you agree to the terms published at the time of purchase and confirm that the information you provide about yourself is accurate.
The terms we, our, and us refer to Order Nordic AB (Åviken). These terms may be updated without prior notice, so we recommend reviewing them before each purchase.

Prices and Payment
All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include applicable VAT. If VAT rates change, we reserve the right to adjust prices and fees accordingly. A shipping fee will be added to all orders to cover handling and delivery. This fee is non-refundable in the event of a return. Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in images or text.

Shipping and Delivery
We charge a flat shipping fee of SEK 49, covering processing, handling, and delivery.
Orders are shipped via DB Schenker Parcel Service with tracking. Free shipping is offered for orders over SEK 999.
Estimated delivery time to your nearest Schenker pickup point is 1–3 business days, plus 1–2 days for warehouse handling. Delivery times may be longer during high-demand periods like Black Friday and Christmas.

You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has left our warehouse. If you don’t receive your confirmation or shipping email, please check your spam folder or verify that your email address was entered correctly.

Important: Unclaimed packages will incur a fee of SEK 199 to cover return shipping and handling costs.

Right of Withdrawal
We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the date you receive your order, in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act.
The product must be returned in its original condition. To cancel your purchase, contact customer service at info@aviken.com. The return shipping cost is paid by the customer.

Complaints
To file a complaint about a product purchased on aviken.com, contact us at info@aviken.com.
Please include:

Your order number
A detailed description of the issue
Photos or videos clearly showing the defect or damage
This includes any transport damage.
If the product must be returned for inspection, we will cover the return shipping and send a prepaid return label. Do not send items back before contacting us.

Note: If you purchased an Åviken product through a retailer, contact the retailer directly for complaints or returns.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please return the item according to our return policy and place a new order on our website.

Returns
For returns, contact customer service at info@aviken.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will email you a return label and instructions.

Returned products must be unused and in good condition. A shipping fee of SEK 79 will be deducted from the refund.
If you return the entire order, the full product value and any original shipping fee will be refunded. For partial returns, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
In case of a wrong or defective item, we cover the return shipping. You must return the item within 14 days of receiving our return approval.

If the returned item is in significantly altered condition, a reduction of up to 100% of the product’s value may apply. If you wish to have the item sent back to you again, a shipping fee of SEK 79 may be charged.

Important Notes for Returns
You are entitled to carefully examine the product. However, returns require the product to be in unchanged condition and in the original packaging. The item must be:

Properly packed (original packaging must not be used as the outer shipping box)
Complete (including all accessories, manuals, inner packaging, etc.)
We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount for products returned in altered condition.

Incorrect Delivery
If you receive the wrong item, contact us at info@aviken.com. Include clear images of the item received, your order number, and indicate which item is missing. Åviken covers the return shipping for incorrect deliveries.

Unclaimed Packages
You are responsible for collecting your package from the designated pickup point within the time specified in the delivery notice.
If you fail to collect the package or it cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. In such cases, we are charged a return and handling fee by the carrier.

Unclaimed packages will incur a SEK 199 fee, covering shipping, return shipping, and administrative costs.
If you change your mind after the order has shipped, you must still collect the package and then return it. Unclaimed packages are automatically registered and charged accordingly.

Warranty
All electrical products sold by Åviken come with a 2-year warranty and a 3-year right of complaint, in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act. Warranty applies within Sweden only.

Factory defects discovered within 6 months are covered free of charge. Thermostat issues or short circuits are not considered factory defects.
Defects must be original, meaning present at the time of purchase. Defects arising within 6 months are presumed original unless proven otherwise.

The warranty is valid only with proof of purchase. Approved claims may be eligible for reimbursement of associated costs (e.g., return shipping). Dissatisfaction alone is not a valid reason for complaint as we do not offer a satisfaction guarantee.

Disclaimers
We reserve the right to adjust prices, correct errors, and update stock information at any time. We also reserve the right to correct inaccuracies in product texts, images, and printed materials.
Availability is not guaranteed.
Disputes are referred to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), and we follow their recommendations.
